People

LESLIE HILLS has a background in education and arts. She produces drama, documentary and live outside broadcasts and is currently writing and editing drama for television and cinema. She acts as executive producer to international productions and provides consultancy and research to feature films. Training includes PILOTS, ARISTA story editing, a NIPKOW fellowship in Berlin, PACT training in film finance. She writes on television and on the arts, acts as mentor for the Film Council and assesses film scripts for the Northern Ireland Film and Television Commission and Nipkow, Berlin. She is currently chair of the Centre for the Moving Image (Edinburgh Filmhouse and the Edinburgh International Film Festival)

TREVOR DAVIES has a background in journalism, politics and management and produces a range of programmes including current affairs, music and drama. He was a governor of the Scottish Film Council, prior to its re-incorporation as Scottish Screen. He has trained through the European Film Business School. He is now a non-executive director of the company.

STEPHANIE HILLSundertakes research for documentary and fiction features and provides transcription and translation services, subtitling and editorial services.

In the Wake of the Flood - Ron Mann's film about Margaret Atwood's 2009 book tour with which Skyline collaborated, will premier at the Edinburgh Filmhouse
The next shooting period of Breathing Earth will take place in Dumfries and Galloway, Scotland in September 2010.
Shooting for Breathing Earth has now taken place in France, Japan and in Scotland and will resume in the autumn. Susumu Shingu is presently in Paris taking part in a series of events and lectures.
Karelian Cowgirls has been invited to four more festivals
